You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password confidential.

Because our hair is a natural product, slight variation in colour, density and curl pattern between units is normal and is not a defect. Stock is limited and may sell out before an order is confirmed.

All prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and duties unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an affected order.

Discount codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, hold no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

All imagery, copy, branding and site design are owned by Glowing Queen Hair and may not be reproduced without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
