What type of hair do you sell?

Every unit is 100% raw, cuticle-aligned human hair from a single donor. We never blend synthetic fibre and we never chemically strip the cuticle.

How do I choose the right length?

Lengths are measured straight, from the weft to the tip. Curly and wave textures shrink 2–4 inches once styled, so we suggest sizing up two inches for a curly install.

Which texture will blend with my natural hair?

Accepted Answer

Silky straight suits relaxed or blow-dried hair, body wave blends with loose natural curls, and kinky curly matches 4A–4B textures. Send us a photo and we will colour and texture match for you.

How many bundles do I need?

Two to three bundles for lengths up to 20 inches, three to four for 22 inches and above, plus a closure or frontal for a complete install.

How long will my hair last?

Accepted Answer

With sulphate-free washing, weekly conditioning and overnight silk protection, our bundles and wigs last 18 months to 2+ years.

Can I colour or bleach it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Natural black units lift safely to a level 27. We recommend a licensed colourist and a strand test first.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 2pm CT ship the same business day. Express delivery arrives in 2–4 business days, with tracking emailed at dispatch.

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

Unopened, unaltered items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Once a bundle tie is cut or lace is trimmed, the item is final sale for hygiene reasons.
