Shipping & Returns

Orders placed before 2pm CT on a business day are dispatched the same day. Custom-coloured units require 2–3 additional business days.

• Standard — 5–7 business days, $18 (complimentary over $200)
• Express — 2–4 business days, $18 (complimentary over $200)
• Overnight courier — next business day, $45
• International — 5–10 business days, calculated at checkout

A tracking number is emailed the moment your parcel leaves our studio, and every order is traceable from your account dashboard.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes levied by their destination country. These are not included in the checkout total.

Unopened, unaltered items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email care@glowingqueenhair.com with your order number to receive a prepaid label for domestic returns.

For hygiene reasons, hair that has been worn, washed, cut, coloured or had its bundle tie removed cannot be returned. Lace that has been trimmed is likewise final sale.

Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographs and we will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping.
